摘要
Aiming to the stator active power PI regulator being low adjusting capacity, the paper presents single neuron controller instead of stator active power PI regulator in Variable-speed Constant-Frequency (VSCF) wind power generation system, which is based on the dynamic mathematic model of doubly-fed machine and the stator-flux orientated vector control. This system realizes active power and reactive power decoupling and maximal wind power tracking. Compared with the traditional system, the new system has fast active power tracking and no overshoot. The simulation results show the novel system has a good dynamic and a static performance, which proves the feasibility and correctness of the control strategy.
