摘要：
The paper introduces the CA (Certificate Authority) authentication system and the related technologies and describes the general situation of the development of electronic document management system by using B/S mode. In order to meet the requirements of authenticity, confidentiality and integrity as well as the non-repudiation of electronic document proposed by the electronic documents management system, we adopted the CA authentication system and the related technology to realize the process monitoring requirements of file department from electronic documents generation to filing. The system fully meets the requirements after being tested.
