Some comments are presented on the paper [N. Liu, J. Fang, W. Deng, Z.-J. Wu, and G.-Q. Dinng, International Journal of Control, Automation, and Systems, vo. 16, pp. 2839-2844, 2018]. Some counterexamples show that the main achievements in the above paper are incorrect.
