摘要
This paper presents a new piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer design method, which can be used for early fault diagnosis of industrial rolling bearings. Through ANSYS finite element analysis, the structure of the piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer is simulated, and its harmonic response and transmission voltage response are analyzed. The simulation results show that the center frequency of the ultrasonic transducer is 40kHz, and the working bandwidth is up to 20kHz-100kHz.
