摘要：

Assessment of neuropathic pain needs to include measurement of multiple psychological dimensions, that are believed to play a substantial role in its chronicization. These dimensions include affective factors (particularly depressive symptom and, anxiety), cognitive and behavioural factors, kinesiophobia, coping strategies, catastrophizing, and cognitions. Such assessment should provide a better understanding of the role of psychological factors in the development of neuropathic pain and propose individualized cognitive-behavioural interventions.
