摘要
Using smoothed monthly mean series data and wavelet transformation, we analyze the strongest. periods in the relative sunspot numbers for each solar cycle and for the whole interval from 1749 to 2002. The results show that the strongest periods for Solar Cycles 5 and Solar Cycle 6 are 64.67-year and 69.31-year, respectively. The strongest periods for Solar Cycle 13, 14 and 15 are 98.02-year, 105.06-year and 105.06-year, respectively, and 9.29 similar to 11.43 years for other cycles. The strongest period for the whole period from 1749 to 2002 is 128-month ( 10.67 years). Finally we present the amplitude evolution with time for the period of 128-month.
