摘要
It is said that the ubiquitous information society will be come by the technological developments in the future. It seems to me that privacy and other legal issues that have been not thought so far will be caused in the society. To realize safe and reliable ubiquitous information society, it is important to prescribe privacy guidelines that ubiquitous information systems should meet and examine legal issues from an initial stage of the development of technology. This paper points out privacy issues in the ubiquitous information society, presents privacy guidelines and systems to protect privacy and examines legislation problems in Japan.
