Technology was and is emerging as the center of business because the world put a premium on its information and how it was processed. This paper tries to elucidate relevance of constant alignment between project management and technology management to achieve the organization's strategic intents to achieve better ROI and sustainability. Hence the significance of the paper titled "Alignment of Technology Management and Project Management as one of the key factor to increase ROI and sustainability" is illustrated through a conceptual model.
