Euler quotients and Wilson quotients for polynomials over finite local rings

摘要：
In this work, we introduce the Euler quotients and the Euler quotients of degree d in polynomial rings over finite local rings. We have some analogous congruences as in the case of polynomial rings over finite fields. Moreover, we relate the sum of Euler quotients to Wilson quotient and obtain some nice congruences which allow us to have Lerch quotients.
