Non-intellectual factors are all the mental factors except intellectual factors, including motivation, interest, emotions, wills, characters, and so on. Acting on the employees directly, non-intellectual factors lead to diverse learning attitudes and habits, make different effects among the individual employees' communication of tacit knowledge transfer, exchange, and sharing, and influence the tacit knowledge transfer of the organizational learning process. By establishing a relational model of organizational learning, employees' non-intellectual factors and the tacit knowledge transfer, this paper analyzes the influence of employees' non-intellectual factors on tacit knowledge transfer process and comes to the conclusion that these non-intellectual factors, such as the motivation, interest, emotions, wills, characters, play a significant role in the employees' tacit knowledge transfer process.
