摘要
Based on the research of issues related to the regional marketing team performance evaluation, this paper established a scientific performance evaluation index system for Chinese motorcar regional marketing team with the Balanced Scorecard. From the four perspectives of financial, customer, internal processes, innovation and learning, this paper provides a comprehensive solution for performance evaluation.
