摘要
The present article summarizes the efforts from our group regarding the synthetic approaches for the preparation of all-carbon quaternary stereocenters at C-3 of lactams, which are present in many medicinally important natural products and its application in the total synthesis of architecturally complex and biologically active alkaloids.
