Dispute Review Boards are used to resolve construction disputes between Owners and Contractors. This non-binding means of dispute resolution has been described as a cost-effective tool that creates a positive atmosphere for construction projects. While Dispute R view Boards have been used to successfully resolve disputes and avoid litigation, periodic critical review of the system should be made to determine if improvements are possible.
