摘要
This study takes the knowledge worker as the research object. By the empirical analysis of questionnaire, it discusses the relationship between their leader-member exchange and contextual performances after observing the two parts at present, and tries to give propositions for enterprise management according to the results. The research proved that there are significant positive correlation between the leader-member exchange and the contextual performances of knowledge worker, and affect and contribution factors have a significant influence on the contextual performances.
