High-speed railway narrows the space-time distance between cities, promote the competition of urban agglomerations, also bring new opportunities for the development of urban commercial property. In this article, through look at the influence on the development of the urban economy of high-speed railway, can analyzes the high-speed rail to commercial property will bring opportunities and challenges, and analysis how to promote the commercial property transformation and put forward the corresponding Suggestions.
