摘要
One of the great challenges of intercultural education does not focus on attention to cultural diversity in the classroom, that would be a not so complex task since there are always in ethnic universities conventional students. Nor could it be the fact of belonging to a subsystem of education such as the Intercultural Universities of the country that together form the network of intercultural universities (REDUI). On the other hand, if we think that due to the fact that students belong to some national or foreign ethnic expression, it is synonymous that education is intercultural, then all higher education is, just check the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM ) that far exceeds the number of ethnicity groups of its students, or also the neighboring Universities of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa (UAS), the Autonomous University of the West (UADO) these last two with a presence in the State of Sinaloa and that at Like the UAIM, they also host indigenous students from the country. The other situation that we intend to discuss in this essay is related to the Educational Programs that are offered in Intercultural Universities, particularly in the PE of rural sociology, its grid, what type of authors recommend to their students, do they facilitate the emergence of knowledge of your students? What specific weight does Latin American authors have in academic discussions within classrooms? What lines of research are you developing? And finally, what strategy or programs do they carry out aimed at the cultural exchanges of their students? These questions are tried to explain from the experience in the Degree in rural sociology that is taught in the Mochicahui Unit.
