摘要：
Described in this paper is game theory synthesis of telecommunication systems under conditions of conflict situation between system operator (cryptographer) and cryptology analyzer. Game cost and optimal (minimax) randomized strategies have been found. Entropy estimation of cipher immunity has been used.
