摘要
By taking the analysis of liberation's politics made by Enrique Dussel as starting point, this communication presents an opposition against another way of understanding political foundation. From the agonistic tradition, Santiago Castro-Gomez conceives political foundation as crossed by a constitutive negativity: antagonism. To this author such negativity implies a freedom previous to any concrete political system. At the same time, he criticizes the argentine philosopher's inability to recognize the inerradicability of antagonism as the "essence" of the politics itself, which drives him to confuse freedom and liberation and to found politics in an extra-political normativity. This paper focuses on the dialectics between the ontological-political principles and the critical-negatives ones in the dusselian work, and on the elaboration of a political-type normativity. This approach allows us to analyze the relevance of Castro-Gomez's critic and its consequences for a study of the relations between freedom, normativity, and liberation in the argentine philosopher work.
