摘要：

Taking account of the key characteristics of innovation networks in high-tech industry, this paper establishes input-output indexes for the efficiency evaluation of innovation network. Taking 15 cities' optoelectronic information industry in China for example, this paper uses the DEA model to evaluate the innovation efficiency of China's optoelectronic information industry. Based on the analysis of DEA efficiency and non DEA efficiency, this paper gives suggestions to increase network efficiency from perspectives of utilization of innovation factors, optimization of network structure, innovation policy, and integration of regional innovation networks.
