摘要
Automotive display business is growing a lot thanks to electric vehicle and augmented car entertainment. AMOLED panel is confirmed the best in class display, 100% used today on high-end mobile phones, televisions, tablets, and is going to be embedded also on car. Automotive industries as usual is very demanding in terms of quality and robustness; this is why in this paper a new digital flow is proposed, in order to design robust and safe digital state machine for DC-DC converters for AMOLED applications. Starting from a simple state flow able to describe DC-DC operation, our proposed digital flow allows to provide a finished RTL ready for implementation. Thanks to this approach, it is possible to design high performance DC-DC converters able to handle small TON operation, shrink the BOM and increase switching frequency.
