摘要
This paper reported fluorescent labels which were made by encapsulating quantum dots (QDs) in polystyrene narroparticles with carboxyl groups and used to stain cells. The fluorescent capsules were characterized by TEM and FIIR and the stained cells were studied under laser scanning confocal microscope.
