摘要
Electric transmission is an excellent solution for quick response and steer-simplifying in transmission system of vehicles. It has not only desirable performance of continuously variable transmission and continuously variable turning, but also providing enough electricity both needed by tracked vehicles. The electric transmission with fuel cell fuelled by high-pressure hydrogen was designed here with the system of fuel cell stack and radiator and processing and controlling unit. The high-pressure hydrogen, water and power respectively recycle as supported parts of the fuel cell. The types of the drive motors used in electric vehicles were compared with each other in the way of performance and price. The permanent magnet synchronism motor is the most suitable candidate for this design. The combine of multi-polar high-speed electric motor and reducer with large transmission ratio is the way of realizing electric transmission with fuel cell in tracked vehicle. The size and weight of some tracked vehicles are showing the enough capacity of space and weight of tracked vehicles. The drive components of the vehicle are dual permanent magnet synchronism motors. The harmonic gear transmission slows down the speed and increases the torque of output of the transmission system with large torque at small size for multi-teeth's meshing. Harmonic gear transmission is used to cover the requirement of high torque, large ratio of ratio of transmission small size and weight in the tracked vehicle.
