摘要
The CRM system of postal enterprise stored amount of data, including customer-based information, transaction record, business type, sub-office etc. But it cannot provide the comprehensive analysis for customers. According to the CRM system actual demand of postal enterprise, by analyzing the old model, we provide the architectural model of data warehouse based on CRM and determine customer-centered management Star schema. We also analysis subject field setting of the postal business and descript the implementation strategy and methods of data extraction, transformation and loading. Finally, we point out the limitations of the method.
