摘要
The interactions between the national technology innovation policy and the system of technological innovation sections in intelligent equipment manufacturing affect the innovation performance and the feedback resulting in adjustments of the national technology innovation policy. Summarizing the process of the technology development in intelligent equipment manufacturing, this paper builds the policy and technology innovation model to carry on an empirical analysis on the relationships between technological innovation policy and innovation performance, based on the technical activity data related to intelligent equipment manufacturing from 1995 to 2014 in China. The results manifest that the technological innovation policy in intelligent equipment manufacturing in China affects the innovation performance through the interactions of sectoral innovation.Besides, human resource and technological innovation efficiency both have an effect on the dynamic adjustments of technological innovation policy in intelligent equipment manufacturing in China.
