Research on the Application of Computer Assisted Instruction in the Teaching of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

Twenty-first Century is a time of science and technology. Science and technology not only provide convenience to human life, but also promote the progress of human civilization. Under the influence of science and technology, the way of physical education has changed. In this paper, the application of computer assisted instruction in the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities was studied. The related basic concepts and theoretical knowledge were firstly introduced. After that, combined with the sports, the role of CAI in the process was expounded. And the application of multimedia technology in the teaching of football was introduced. Finally, the analysis was carried out. The conclusion is that the multimedia technology can promote the formation of basketball tactical consciousness, and can help students understand the knowledge better.
