摘要：

The duty to declare the risk in the insurance contract is configured as a duty to answer the questions asked by the insurer. Once the loss has occurred, the insurer can not protect itself, in order not to fully comply with the benefit, in an inaccurate risk assessment, if it has not submitted a questionnaire or if it has been incomplete.
