摘要
The application of energy dispersive and angle dispersive X-ray diffraction measurements of polymers was tested as a means for identification and separation for recycling. Measuring of > 1 sec are needed with energy dispersive diffraction for a reliable identification. Using a fixed position sensitiv detector measuring times < 1 sec could be reached with angle disperive diffraction. Patterns measured in 1 to 0,1 sec by angle dispersive diffraction were compared with standard patterns by means of a difference and of a correlation method.
