The business environment is characterized, among others, of many threats who come from outside or inside of company. Management Culture has like important mission to pursue permanent protection organization and its employees. The main research objective of this paper is available for managers of small and medium enterprises, a tool to prevent the risk of failure in real time, even more useful in terms of the global crisis affecting much faster economic and financial situation of each company. The research is focused on the methods applied to identifying risks, especially for bankruptcy. Strategies at this level are based on risk analysis and adjustment under the impact of world economic crises. Risks are thoroughly investigated and several risk analysis methods are emphasized. The analysed methods may by a decision tool, for managers of firms which have economic and financial problems. Each model is applied on the case of a particular company, and the best model can be choice and used in their own companies.
