摘要
Through comprehensive research on the SMS technology and employment, this paper proposes the SMS employment service solutions on web site based on ontology and Agent technology. It establishes the ontology of employment filed, proposes compatible matching algorithm, constructs the tripartite Agent model of job-seekers, recruitment and intermediary and implement intelligent search and bidirectional push. And taking Agent for example, describe the implementation process of SMS employment platform.
