摘要：
Law is with a profound theoretical and social foundation in terms of its two dimensions (body and phase), and law education should give top priority to theories. According to different personnel positioning and target pattern, however, each law school should have the due different characteristics based on the characteristics of teachers. For China's legal education, the establishment of a classified academic and professional law personnel training and management mechanism is necessary, and the academic and professional legal personnel should be balanced.
