摘要：
In this paper, a class of inverse eigenvalue problem are raised to construct a sub-periodic generalized Jacobi matrices from two eigenvalue and corresponding eigenvctors. The solubility of the problem is discussed. The paper researches the existence and uniqueness of the problem. The expression of the solution of the problem is given,and a numerical example is provided.
