摘要：

The in-situ investigation of nucleation and growth of individual nuclei during recrystallization of a 90% cold rolled aluminium sample was carried out using three-dimensional (3D) x-ray microscope. Six nuclei were analyzed. It was observed that the nucleation differ from nucleus to nucleus. The growth rates of the six nuclei significantly varied.
