摘要
For improving the design level of reciprocating compressor, Visual C++ and Pro/E are used to develop the reliability sensitivity analysis and parametric design software of connecting rod. This paper analyzes the changing condition of body stresses in connecting rod during a cycle period based on thermodynamics and dynamics principles; builds limit state equation of the weakest section according to randomicity of design parameters, such as geometric dimensions, machining technics and material strength etc, and analyzes the reliability Of fatigue strength and sensitivity of influencing parameters; determines all design parameters (such as dimensions, technics and material etc) to carry out parametric design considering the influence of parameters on reliability and the difficulty of control on connecting rod completely. The result shows that the combination of reliability principle and parametric design method has a good future in engineering practice.
