摘要：

Successful single lung transplantation following previous pneumonectomy has not been reported in the literature. We report a patient with cystic fibrosis who underwent left single lung transplantation following right pneumonectomy 13 years previously. The outcome was adversely affected by postpneumonectomy syndrome. (C) 2003 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
