摘要
The prime source of accumulated space charges is considered to be the electrode injected charges. Although the injection phenomenon is majorly modeled using the well-known Schottky Injection mechanism, which gives a theoretically constant boundary electric field throughout the duration of the applied field. However, on careful observation of experimental results, obtained from the pulsed electro-acoustic method, a systematic trend of temporal variation can be observed in the boundary electric fields and hence boundary charges. Also, an uneven distribution of homocharges has been observed upon field application throughout the duration of field application, having a larger concentration of holes near anode in comparison to the cathode. Here, the temporal variation of the boundary electric field and corresponding boundary charge has been discussed. Besides this, the reason of uneven distribution of holes is explained with the help of holes transportation using the hopping mechanism.
