摘要：
The security of payment is important to electronic commerce. With the development of Electronic Payment, the system that based on SSL and SET protocols at present could not meet existing demands. It has new research on how to build secure and efficient E-Payment. The paper analyzes SSL and SET protocols, and constructs a secure control model to improve E-Payment protocol.
