The research on the construction mechanics for building double-tube parallel tunnels

This paper is designed for applying the construction mechanical analytical method to the two parallel tunnels construction case in which both shields are driving in the same direction. The author applies the three-dimension time & space dynamics simulation to the construction process of double-tube tunnels with a computer. This paper put forward construction mechanical analytic method which embodies properly the effects of time and space for the tunnel construction.
