摘要：

Development of western regions can not go without the development of traditional SMEs. Starting from the discussion of regional economic competitiveness, manufacturing industrial competitiveness and enterprises competitiveness, the paper analyses the preferential and non-preferential factors for the development of traditional SMEs in West China, pointing out some ways to improve competitiveness of traditional SMEs in West China.
