摘要
Education fair is the basic premise to realize social equity, but at present our country education unfair problems still exist, especially there is a big problem on the rural education unfair, According to our country's education status of rural education unfair. Reason is analyzed, and then the paper puts forward the countermeasures. Education fairness has two meanings. The first meaning is fairness, it is to ensure personal and social factors including gender, socioeconomic status and race etc. Don Not impede people reach their capacity allowed by the education level. The second meaning is to inclusion, is to ensure that all people are the basic and minimum standards of education. For example, everyone should be able to read, write, and do simple arithmetic. This means that education fairness is to teach students in accordance of their aptitude, make them fully developed; The second is to ensure all people are in the lowest standard of education. This also means that the personal and social factors such as gender, socioeconomic status into the admission standards, these factors make the part of students outside the school gate, hinder the development of the students practice is contrary to education fair principle; And the standard of "everyone is equal before marks." is the principle of education justice."Education fairness refers to the national sharing equal status and fair possession of education resources in education activity, it is the Extension and reflect of the social fair value in the field of education." ([1]) On December 282016, Premier li keqiang highlight "the education justice is the foundation of social justice, to make every family's children have the chance to receive better education and possible!" In state council executive meeting .Li said: "Confucius said," no child left behind ". We are now building socialism, and gradually achieve common prosperity for the people, it is important to let the people enjoy the fair education, the basis of 'starting point fair." Li asked the relevant departments to "promote the education fair" in a more important position when planning."Education is the essential means to gain wealth and knowledge in society, unbalanced compulsory education will make economic conditions between rich and poor worsen, deprived of the equal right to education, that is, people who were deprived of the right to development will become the social unstable factors."([2]) Education fairness has become the focus of China's social problems, it relates with the vital interests of the masses of the national, with national economic and social development in the region, with swift and relationship. If you can't get reasonable solution, our ability of building a harmonious society will be a great damage. Many scholars has a multi-angle and multi-level study on the education fairness problem, put forward many unique insights and solutions.
