摘要
Real estate industry is an important pillar industry in China's national economy. It has played an important role in the national economic growth. Especially it has made the largest contribution to Beijing's GDP. growth and played an important part in driving Beijing's rapid economic growth. The holding of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games provides great opportunities and challenges for the development of the real estate market in Beijing. This paper analyzes factors that affect the real estates demand analytically. Commercial housing sales is chosen as dependent variable, Capita disposable income, population size and the average price of commercial housing are chosen as independent variables. Multiple linear regression model is constructed to predict the real estate market demand in Beijing. The demand forecast for real estate market in Beijing will be helpful to decision making of Government and real estate enterprises.
