摘要：
The complications related to cisplatin-based chemotherapy include vascular events such as thrombosis and myocardial or ce rebral infarction. Additionally, central nervous side effects like hemiparesis, status epilepticus and coma have been reported. This review provides an overview of the central nervous side effects during or after chemotherapy for germ-cell tumor. This aspect must be also mentioned in the informed consent for chemotherapy since these side effects are potentially lethal.
