摘要
Entrepreneurial innovation capability is important for firm's innovation, but less emphasis was put on it in previous researches. This study advances six influential factors on entrepreneurial innovation capability based on theoretical analysis: experience, management training, market network, professor network, achievement motivation and self-confidence. At the same time, this study tests these hypotheses by OLS. This study proves entrepreneurial achievement motivation, professor networks, market networks and experience have significant effect on entrepreneurial innovation capability. Some of the hypotheses were not proved because of the measurement difficulty of management training and the bilateral function of self-confidence. This research improves the firm innovation theory to an extent and gives some effective suggestion for enhancing entrepreneurial innovation capability.
