摘要
The change in cave micro-invironment of beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) caused by methylation was Investigated by using the twisted intramolecular charge transfer (TICT) of sodium diethylaminobenzoate (SDEAB) and sodium dimethylaminobenzoate (SDMAB) as fluorescent probes. The results indicate that the nonpolar beta-CD cavity favors the formation of the TICT state of dialkylaminobenzoic acid-type molecules. It was demonstrated that the TICT fluorescence of SDEAB (or SDMAB)-beta-MCD (methylated beta-cyclodextrin) system could be used to detect methanol in aqueous solution.
