摘要
This paper combined pinch technology and exergy analysis (CPEA) to design and analyze the thermal system in steam power plants. In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the system and tap the available potential, a study was performed on a 630MW unit. Through the analysis of composite curves and the exergy distribution, at a given temperature of the pinch point, create more pinch points to achieve the reduction of exergy destruction and build up a corresponding model to calculate the flow of heat extraction after improvement. The calculation results show that the efficiency has improved from 48.02% to 48.27% and the fuel consumption and the load of condenser is reduced by 0.52% and 0.46%, respectively.
