摘要
With the multinational corporations' investment increasing in China, the negative reports out multinational companies are also showing a growing trend. In particular, commercial bribery by multinational corporations in China seems to be more and more serious. At present, there is a great cal of researches about commercial bribery by multinational companies at home and abroad, but generally concentrated in the areas such as the internal management of multinational corporations, cial responsibility of multinational corporations, and business environment, and less research in the field of host country's administration. This article studies commercial bribery by multinational corporations in China under the perspective of administrative management, which mainly focused on China's administrative system, especially the ethical system. In our opinion, it is important to create a favorable business environment, which is the key to reduce or even eliminate commercial bribery; while creating a favorable business environment needs an effective, honest and upright government agency. To build such kind of government, it is essential to achieve the establishment of the government's administrative system, especially the establishment of administrative ethics.
