摘要
Documentary analysis method, expert interview method and comparative study method etc. are used in this thesis to analyze the hysteresis of professionalization of college and university PE teachers in China, and the reason for this phenomenon, and to highlight the significance of professionalization of college and university PE teachers in China. All these are done to help provide scientific countermeasures for solving problems in professionalization of college and university PE teachers in China, relieving career lassitude and enhancing work enthusiasm. Obtained to achieve the professional development of PE teachers is not a one-time teacher education can be done, it requires a life-long continuing education, learning and improve the conclusions.
