摘要
Coal conveying systems mainly includes belt conveyors and crushers. On the basis of conveyor and crusher energy models, this paper presents an energy efficiency optimization strategy for coal conveying systems by taking feed rate, belt speed and rotational speed of crusher as optimization variables. Furthermore, the energy efficiency optimization problem takes energy cost as objective function and introduces various constraints as upper and lower limits of coal bins, total coal quantity, upper limits of feed rate, belt speed and rotational speed of crusher. A coal conveying system in a coal-fired power plant is the taken as case for verification study. In simulation study, it uses nonlinear programming to get optimal solutions. The results demonstrate that the energy efficiency optimization strategy is able to promote energy efficiency, reduce service power rate and realize energy-saving while satisfying the constraints.
