摘要
The speeds of sound, u and densities, rho, of the pure and their mixtures of Imadazolium based lonioc liquid having cation 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium ([BMIM](+)) with the anion hexaflurophospate [PF6] with Ethyl acetate (EtOAc) have been determined from 0 to 1 mol fraction range of ILs with interval 0.1 at (298.15-323.15) K at pressure 0.1 MPa. We used the measured data to assess the excess molar volumes V-m(E) , excess isentropic compressibility, kappa(E)(s), excess speeds of sound, u(E), excess molar isentropic compressibility, K-s,m(E), excess isobaric thermal expansion, alpha(E)(p), were calculated and fitted with Redlich-lister polyno- mial equation. The excess partial molar volumes, (V) over bar (E)(m,1) and (V) over bar (E)(m,2) and excess partial molar isentropic compressibilities, (K) over bar (E)(s,m,1) and (K) over bar (E)(s,m,2), excess partial molar volumes, (V) over bar (m,1)degrees(E) and (V) over bar (m,2)degrees(E) excess partial molar isentropic compressibilities, (K) over bar (s,m,1)degrees(E) and (K) over bar (s,m,2)degrees(E) of the components at infinite dilution also been measured. The departure of measured properties has been explored in terms of intermolecular interactions. Simultaneously, the FTIR studies exhibited qualitative analysis of ion-pair formation, interactions of ion-dipole and hydrogen bonding between IL with the EtOAc. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd.
