Raman study for (Ba1-xCax)TiO3 and Ba(Ti1-yCay)O3 crystalline ceramics

摘要
Raman spectra for the calcium doped barium titanate ceramics was investigated. Raman spectra showed the development of 832 cm-1 band in Ba(Ti1-yCay)O3 samples, but there were no detectable peaks of 832 cm-1 band in (Ba1-xCax)TiO3 below 20 mol% of Ca contents. The incorporation of Ca at the Ti sites of BaTiO3 induced the higher decrease in the tetragonality.
