摘要：

The aim of this study is to isolate and diagnose the cause of Crown gall disease on Ficus benjamina in some areas of Karbala Provinces. The results showed that the disease rate ranged between 75-86 and the results of the phenotypic and microscopic diagnosis and the results of biochemical tests proved that the bacteria causing the disease are Agrobacterium tumefaciens and this was confirmed by the results of molecular diagnosis (PCR) and it turned out that the isolated and diagnosed isolates in this study were genetically different from other diagnosed isolates. Previously in different countries and registered in the center at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).
